SHIPPING POLICY

Hyper Wake ships Monday-Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 13:30pm (GMT). Orders placed after 13:30pm will be processed the next business day. All orders will be shipped express, usually arriving within 24 hours (UK only).

For orders outside of the UK, an surcharge will occur.

We ship worldwide however, a surcharge will occur outside of the UK and to remote UK destinations.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

UK: usually within 24 hours

Europe: 1-5 days

Rest of the world: please contact us for an accurate estimate based on your country.

We know our customers want their items ASAP so as soon as your order is placed, our team is on it ensuring this is dispatched as quickly as possible! Unfortunately, this does mean that we’re not always able to change any order details once the order has been confirmed (so always double check before you click confirm!) If you need details amending or the order cancelling, please send over the order number and what exactly needs to be changed/cancelled to one of our social media channels or info@hyperwake.co.uk and we’ll try our best to sort this for you!

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hyperwake.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our UK return address is: Station House, Station Road, Elworth, Sandbach, CW11 3JG, UK. All international and UK returns can be posted back to this address.

We will try to process your refund as fast as we can however we estimate 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
